I have been working as a Clinical Psychologist for over 20 years. I see adults for a wide range of issues, including chronic health conditions, complex trauma, anxiety and depression. I see adolescents on issues related to anxiety and depression, self harm and suicidal ideation, anger issues, peer difficulties and bullying, self-esteem issues and family relationship difficulties. Family Court work is not an area of my expertise, so I don’t see individuals or families who are currently involved with the Family Court.

I have a warm, non-judgemental, collaborative style and use cognitive behaviour therapy, Gestalt therapy, EMDR and attachment theory in my approach. I tailor my approach to your needs and goals. Whilst I bring my psychological expertise, I welcome the knowledge you bring of yourself – what works for you and what doesn’t. Together we collaboratively build a plan to support you in achieving your therapy goals.

As a Clinical Psychologist registered with Medicare, my services attract a Medicare rebate for those individuals referred by a GP under the Better Access to Psychological Treatment Program.
